The goal of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 38 is to achieve a fair wage, decent benefits, proper training and a safe jobsite for every electrician and teledata technician in the Cleveland area. Local 38 achieves this goal by organizing workers, either through the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee or by encouraging a shop vote to unionize.

The benefits of organizing with Local 38 are plentiful, as IBEW Local 38 members enjoy improved training, increased wages, better benefits and safer job sites than their non-union counterparts.
